“You’re only human. Only. When did humanity become a minimum? When did “human” become an excuse?How did we go from screaming that “good God fearing men do no wrong” not that God has anything to do with this, to whispering that we are not capable of greatness because we are people? Why are we belittling the most advanced organ, more intricate than light through stained glass windows, that evolution has created in the history of our little hurtling planet? Just so that we would have a card to pull when we do something so irrevocably stupid, like killing something innocent or knowingly destroying another person.
